We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2500. A flat shipping fee of INR 150 is applied to orders below a total basket size of INR 2501 We will never charge you more than INR 150 for shipping. We'll try to get your order to you as soon as possible. We're taking extra precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-8 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Once we receive the products we will dispatch the new products. OR We won't be providing any refund instead we provide credit notes or coupons, this applies to both Domestic and International orders We will issue a credit note or coupon within 48 hours of receipt There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on sale products, we replace only damaged products with the same design. The Cashmere Clothing reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

Credit note or coupon for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address that has been used to make the purchase. Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note. Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of a credit note or coupon only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.​ Credit Note or Coupon will be valid for a year from the date of issuance.
